Arcane Powered is building a PC game store with a built-in player-to-player resale marketplace: players buy their games, play them, and resell them to other players when they are done.

What we collect. When you subscribe to the newsletter (the form on the Marketplace page), we record your email address, together with the IP address and the country the request comes from. This form collects nothing else: no profiling, and no advertising audience.
Third parties. The country and IP address are resolved by ipapi.co, which your browser contacts directly when you submit the form and which therefore sees your IP address. The resulting record is stored on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the Europe (Paris) region. We do not sell or share this data with anyone else.
Why, and on what basis. To tell you when the marketplace opens and to send occasional project updates — on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The IP address and country are used to size and locate demand, and to limit abuse of the form.
How long. Until you withdraw your consent, and in any event no longer than three years after our last contact with you.
Your rights. You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, its portability, and you may object to the processing or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will action the request within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising, or audience-measurement trackers. No consent banner is required.
Demo videos are embedded through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and are only loaded once you choose to play one. From that point, YouTube may store data on your device under its own terms.
This website and its contents are governed by French law.
